1. Eligibility.

The Sweepstakes is open only to people who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules.

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash, as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period.

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about September 13, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. and ending December 31, 2035 at 11:59 p.m. All online entries must be received by December 31, 2035 at 11:59 p.m. All times are America/Indiana/Tell_City. The Sweepstakes operates in monthly drawing periods, and all entries, including bonus entries, reset at the end of each monthly drawing period.

4. How to Enter.

Enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to these rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash. You may enter only once and must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in removal from eligibility at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Bonus Entry Actions and Referral Reward.

After completing an eligible registration, the following are the only actions that may earn bonus entries during a monthly drawing period:

• Join the Wash Club and earn forty (40) bonus entries.
• Purchase a single car wash and earn twenty (20) bonus entries.
• Refer a friend and earn five (5) bonus entries.
• Follow All American Car Wash on Facebook and earn one (1) bonus entry.

Bonus entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and reset at the end of each monthly drawing period. If a friend referred by an entrant is selected as a Sweepstakes winner, the referring entrant will also receive one (1) full month of free car washes.

6. Prizes.

Twelve prizes are awarded each monthly drawing period, with one winner selected for each participating All American Car Wash location. The approximate retail value of each prize is $540. The prize is an Annual Wash Club Membership. You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual or appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification.

Twelve winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor each monthly drawing period, with one winner for each participating All American Car Wash location. Winners will be notified by email at the email address entered in the Sweepstakes within five (5) days following winner selection. Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash has no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, or because of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days from notification, or fails to timely return any required declaration and releases, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of a prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner may result in disqualification and immediate termination of winner privileges at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

9. Rights Granted by You.

By entering, you understand that Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash, anyone acting on its behalf, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns have the right, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide in any media now known or later developed your entry, including the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. Terms.

Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select recipients from all eligible entries received before or after the action taken, as appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these rules, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or promotion; or (v) electronic or human error in administration of the promotion or processing of entries.

12. Disputes.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and Texas, without respect to conflict-of-law doctrines. As a condition of participating, you agree that any disputes or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas with jurisdiction. You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy Policy.

14. Winners List.

For the names of winners, contact the Sponsor and include “Please email me the winners’ list for the Racer Classic Investments, dba All American Car Wash Sweepstakes” in the body of the email.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Google.

By entering, you affirm that you have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of these Official Rules.

Registration is free and entries reset every month. The only bonus-entry actions are: join the Wash Club for 40, purchase a single wash for 20, refer a friend for 5, and follow All American on Facebook for 1. If a friend you refer wins, you also receive a full month of free car washes.
